Rates & Rules
Monthly rental:
June - November $4,800 or $250 per day
December – May $5,300 or $295 per day
A security deposit of 1/2 the rental rate is due at time of booking. Full payment is due at check-in. A cashier's check, money order, or cash are accepted.
Cleaning services are available at a rate of $150.00.
Maximum of 8 persons
Cancellation Policy: Reservation/Security Deposit is non-refundable for any cancellation notice received within 30 days of rental period.
This is a pet free property.
Smoking is allowed on the outside grounds.
